Step 2 Visit our store to complete a credit application and the contract. You can take your instrument home with you or make arrangements for delivery to your child’s school.
OR rent the instrument online. Choose the plan that is right for you. (Read more about our Rental Plan and our Rent-to-Own Program below.) Download and fax or scan/email to us a completed, signed copy of the rental set up form.
Once approved, we will email you a copy of the contract to fill out. Fax or scan/email it back to us.
Make arrangements to pick up your instrument or have it delivered to your child’s school.

Rental Program
- Designed for beginning students allowing them to experience playing a musical instrument without a full purchase commitment
- Offers the flexibility to change instrument types during the rental
- A portion of each month’s rent becomes equity that can be used toward the purchase of an upgraded instrument of the same type
- Four month minimum rental
Rent-to-Own Program
- Designed for students who want to own the instrument they rent
- 100% of all rental payments are applied toward the purchase of the instrument
- Offers the ability to upgrade to a more advanced instrument of the same type after 12 months
- Twelve month minimum rental

Separk’s Maintenance and Repair Program
- Covers labor to repair normal wear and tear on all rental instruments
- Keeps instrument in top condition at all times at minimal cost and in the classroom, not on a repair shelf
- Free pick-up and delivery service to most local schools
Rent is charged by automatic credit card billing every other month. The contract continues to renew itself until you return the instrument.
